APPOINTMENTS

To try and keep our clients happy and to stop your pet having a long and uncomfortable wait (thus minimising unnecessary distress), it is necessary to book an appointment before coming to either branch (click on "Hours of Consulting" to find a time that would be convenient for you) give us a call on 01382 225422 and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Our office staff are always happy to offer advice over the phone or refer you for telephone advice from a vet if you are unsure whether your pet needs veterinary attention.

Remember, if you have an emergency during our normal consulting hours and can't get to a phone or your pet's life is in danger we will never turn you away if you just come down to the surgery. If you have an emergency outside of our daytime opening hours you should phone first - this is the quickest way to get help for your pet as there is unlikely to be anyone at the surgery to help you... phoning first will allow the duty vet to arrange a time and place to examine your pet.

12.00pm to 1.00pm (Mondays Only)
2.00pm to 3.00pm
5.00pm to 7.00pm

Saturdays:
9.10am to 11.00am
